We had a surprise visit a few weeks ago....

I think we look pretty good considering it was 30 degrees outside

and we didn't even ask what the wind chill factor was that day.

We were really thankful that it was super sunny!

Doesn't it look great in front of the store? Many thanks to Kristen at Lilly HQ for driving it over and allowing it to brighten the streets of Grosse Pointe and the Village for a few days.

We hope to see Kristen and the jeep again real soon!

My surprise!

I finally have the Lilly animal crackers. I haven't seen them anywhere in the Detroit area. However, they could be everywhere here and I would never know. I don't spend a lot of time in places that carry food items! My dear friend in Atlanta sent them to me. Her husband does work for Nabisco, but she found them at the grocery store. Thanks Heather!

Back in town!

I am finally back and ready to post again! We've had the best time at the store. We were busy little bees helping everyone get ready for Spring Break and Easter. I truly love finding the perfect Lilly dress or outfit for that special event or helping to create a new spring wardrobe for all of our wonderful Lilly Lovers. Now we are on to more wedding events, graduation and lots of spring fashion shows!

I was also lucky enough to spend a week in L.A. with my family and friends. We had the best time and didn't even notice the earthquake on Easter! I always have a few treats waiting for me when I return to the store and this arrival was no exception. I promise to share pictures later!
